5. Orders in Italy will be charged Italian sales taxes
6. Payment of duties & taxes for International orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer

Shipping
7. All orders are shipped via DHL
8. You will receive a tracking number via email and via SMS when your order is processed
9. Allow 1-2 business days for order processing

11. Packages returned to our warehouse due to non-delivery will be automatically refunded minus shipping cost

Returns / Exchanges
